Beets have so many nutritional benefits. They are a great source of complex carbohydrates, which are high in insoluble fiber and they help you to boost your energy levels and stamina. Not to even mention here, all the wonderful health benefits of them. This recipe is adapted from the f-factor diet.
Ingredients
2scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder ~20 grams
2cupsunsweetened vanilla almond milk
1medium beetcooked
1tablespoonof freshly grated ginger
1cupfrozen strawberries
2cupsunsweetened vanilla almond milk
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender, and pulse to desired consistency.
Pour and enjoy!
