Egg’s Best my favorite

of green onions

of Shredded Cheddar or Colby cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla
I like Mission Carb Balance, whole wheat, fajita, 6”

Spray skillet with Pam spray and scramble egg add green onions and salt and pepper to taste

Spoon cooked egg into tortilla and add cheese and fold
-
Spray skillet with Pam spray, cook folded egg and cheese tortilla for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown
