Easy Egg and Cheese Quesadilla
Ingredients
- 2 Egg Egg’s Best my favorite
- 1 Tablespoon of green onions
- 1 Tablespoon of Shredded Cheddar or Colby cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tortilla I like Mission Carb Balance, whole wheat, fajita, 6”
Instructions

Spray skillet with Pam spray and scramble egg add green onions and salt and pepper to taste

Spoon cooked egg into tortilla and add cheese and fold

Spray skillet with Pam spray, cook folded egg and cheese tortilla for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown
