Meet Patty

Patty’s fascination with healthy eating and exercise dates back to her childhood. Her family enjoyed fishing and growing their own vegetables. These were the sources for the family’s daily meals. Patty found it rewarding to have a healthy influence on her friends by motivating them to eat healthy and exercise.

Patty’s commitment to healthy eating and exercise grew throughout the years. She was inspired to learn more about nutrition and studied all aspects of the field in college at Tulane University. Today, she is in private practice full-time, providing nutritional counseling to both adults and adolescents.

Hiring Patty Martin at Sugar Land Nutrition was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. Patty took the time to get to know me, my lifestyle, and my goals. Patty created a completely customized program for my very specific needs and schedule, with fantastic results. Following her guidance and feedback, positive coaching, nutritional insight and recommendations on better eating habits, I was able to lose 60lbs and have maintained that weight for now over a year. I have recommended Patty to dozens of friends and clients and will continue to do so. She’s awesome!
