Almond Butter Protein Cookies

Serves 8 Takes 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Dried Unsweetened Cranberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (177ºC). Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork. Add protein powder and mix well.
  2. Mix in the oats, almond butter, cinnamon and dried cranberries. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press down gently with a fork to flatten. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
