- 1/2 cup banana, strawberries, or other berries
- 1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
- 1/2-1 tsp maple syrup for taste (optional)
- ice
- handful of spinach or kale or 1 scoop of wheat grass or 1 tsp of Spirulina Optional For Green Source
- 1 tbsp flaxseed or 1 tsp of flax oil or 1 tsp of coconut oil Options For Fat Source
