Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Pitted Dates
- 6 slices Bacon (cut in half)

- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice open dates, remove the pits, and stuff with 1/2 -1 teaspoon of goat cheese. Cut the bacon in half, so you have 12 pieces total. Wrap each date with a half slice of bacon and push a toothpick through it. Place the bacon wrapped dates on the parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 14-17 minutes, flipping 2-3 times until the bacon is evenly browned or until desired crispiness.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with the balsamic vinegar (optional), allow to cool before eating and enjoy!
