This savory cottage cheese bowl is one of my favorite go-to meals—perfect when you want something fast, satisfying, and full of flavor. It’s loaded with crunchy cucumbers, bell peppers, olives, green onions, and topped with everything bagel seasoning and toasted almonds. It’s high in protein, low in carbs, and completely plant-forward.

Ingredients to Make One My Savory Cottage Cheese Bowl

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/8 Cucumber (large, chopped)
  • 1/4 Red Bell Pepper (medium, chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Pitted Kalamata Olives (sliced)
  • 1 stalk Green Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Almonds (toasted, chopped)
  • 1 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Directions:

Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl. Top with chopped vegetables, olives, almonds, and seasoning. Mix gently, dig in, and enjoy!
