Pumpkin Hummus



  • 1 Cup Pureed Pumpkin
  • 4 Cups Chickpeas (cooked, drained and rinsed)
  • 4 Garlic (clove)
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt


  • Add all ingredients together in a food processor. Blend until a creamy consistency forms. Enjoy! Top with pumpkin seeds
