Rotisserie Chicken Leafy Greens Goat Cheese Chopped Salad

Chopped salads are just like regular salads, though ingredients are finely chopped, greens and all, and incorporated together instead of layered. You have options to make your chopped salad in any type of cuisine, ex, Mexican, Italian, Greek or other.    It’s your call, just chop it up and Volia, you have a salad in minutes with a different presentation and texture.

Ingredients:

Mixed greens, 8-10 Cups chopped

Cherry Tomatoes, 2 Cups chopped

Red Onions, ½ Cup chopped

Rotisserie Chicken Breast, 2 Cups chopped

Boiled Egg, 2 chopped  

Crumbled Goat Cheese, 8 oz

Mushrooms, 1 Cup chopped

Fresh Corn on the Cob, 1 sliced  

Bacon Bits, 2 Tablespoon

Directions:

Combine all chop vegetables and other ingredients included in the recipe in a large bowl, toss and serve.  Enjoy with toasted bread sticks!  Add salad dressing when served.
