Recipe Makes 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Cucumber (sliced)
- 14 1/8 ozs Smoked Salmon (sliced)
- 1 tbsp of Capers
Directions:
- Add a dollop of yogurt to each cucumber slice and top with a small slice of smoked salmon. Sprinkle with capers. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
