Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 10 ozs Chickpea Pasta
- 2 tbsps Butter
- 1/4 cup Parsley (chopped)
- 10 stalks Green Onion
- 2 tbsps Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup White Cooking Wine (to taste)
- 2 cups Plain Cow’s Yogurt, Whole Milk
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/8 Sea Salt & Black Pepper
- 1 tsp of minced garlic
- 4 ozs Swiss Cheese
- 6 ozs American Cheese
- 8 ozs Shrimp (boiled)
- 8 ozs Fresh Lump Crab Meat, Cooked
- 1 cup Crawfish
Directions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet, over medium heat. Add the parsley, green onions then stir in flour. Add wine and cook on low heat for about 3-5 minutes. Add milk and cheese and stir until mixture becomes a sauce for 5-8 minutes, then add the seasonings and cooked seafood.
- Keep on low heat until ready to be served. Place the cooked pasta on a plate and spoon the seafood sauce on top.
- Divide evenly between bowls and top with parsley. Enjoy!
