Yummy Goat Cheese & Sun Dried Tomato Dip

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Goat Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese, Regular
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Parsley (finely chopped)
  • 5 ozs Whole Grain Crackers

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400ºF (205ºC).
  • In a food processor combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, and oil. Process until smooth and creamy. Add the sun dried tomatoes and mix to combine with a spoon.
  • Transfer the goat cheese mixture to an oven safe baking dish and place in the oven. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, until bubbly and warm.
  • Top with parsley and serve with crackers. Enjoy!
