by | Jun 3, 2021 | Breakfast, Recipes

While visiting my friend, Cindy in York Maine, she prepared her delicious sweet potato quiche recipe for me. Her recipe included many fresh and healthy ingredients including, some of my most favorite foods: spinach, goat cheese, sweet potatoes, onions, eggs and sun dried tomatoes.  This recipe is so healthy for YOU!  What a great way to start the day! Thank you, Cindy!

Ingredients for Sweet Potato Crust:
