Patty’s Super Green Detoxing Smoothie
I love adding spirulina to my smoothie. It makes it super green and it is loaded with nutrients that can have powerful effects on your body and brain and has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder ( ~20 grams)
- 16 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp milled flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp avocado
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a blender, and pulse to desired consistency.
