Post Workout Smoothie
- 2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder ~20 grams
- 1 ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup of low fat chocolate milk
- 1 medium beet cooked
- 1 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger
- 1 cup of blueberries
Mix all ingredients in a blender, and pulse to desired consistency.
Pour and enjoy!
