Cinnamon Bun Smoothie

Adding cinnamon to your smoothie or to any other foods can make it extra tasty and more health purposeful. Cinnamon can help control your blood sugar levels, improve heart and brain health and can help fight cancer.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces of unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup of uncooked oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of milled flaxseeds
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp of nutmeg
  • ½ cup of ice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, and pulse to desired consistency.
  2. Pour and enjoy!
