Special Hummus Recipe

Ingredients:

4 servings

  • 1/2 cup Pureed Pumpkin
  • 2 cups Chickpeas (cooked, drained and rinsed)
  • 2 Garlic (clove)
  • 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Direction

  • Add all ingredients together in a food processor. Blend until a creamy consistency forms. Enjoy!

Other Additions: You can add cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey and it tastes delicious! Instead of adding pumpkin, you can add steamed or roasted cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant, soaked cashews or macadamia nuts.
