Moroccan Chicken on the Grill

Serves 4, Takes 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsps Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom
  • 2 tsps Paprika
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast

Directions:

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, cumin, ginger, cardamom, black pepper and 1/4 tsp salt. Sprinkle evenly on all sides of chicken, pressing mixture into flesh to adhere.
  • 2. Heat the grill on medium-high and lightly brush with avocado oil. Add chicken and cook for 5- 6 minutes. Turn and cook until chicken is cooked throughout, about 5-6 more minutes.
