Serves 4, Takes 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 1/2 tsps Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom
- 2 tsps Paprika
- 1 lb Chicken Breast
Directions:
- 1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, cumin, ginger, cardamom, black pepper and 1/4 tsp salt. Sprinkle evenly on all sides of chicken, pressing mixture into flesh to adhere.
- 2. Heat the grill on medium-high and lightly brush with avocado oil. Add chicken and cook for 5- 6 minutes. Turn and cook until chicken is cooked throughout, about 5-6 more minutes.
