Overnight Oats

Quick and easy breakfast made the night before, which is well worth the wait.
Servings 1 person
Calories 416 kcal

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp of milled flax seeds can add hemp or chia as well
  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp of PB2
  • ½ cup strawberries or other berries of choice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except fruit) into Mason jar. Mix up and place in refrigerator overnight. When ready to eat, add berries and enjoy!
