Ingredients:
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsps Ginger (sliced)
- 1 lb Chicken Thighs (skinless, boneless)
- 4 cups Broccoli (cut into florets)
- 1 lb Shirataki Noodles
- 1 cup Matchstick Carrots
- 1 Tablespoon of minced Garlic
Directions:
- Add the broth, ginger, and rotisserie or precooked chicken thighs or breast to a large pot. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the broccoli carrots and garlic and continue to cook for five more minutes.
- Divide the Shiitake noodles evenly between bowls. Distribute the broth, ginger, chicken, carrots and broccoli between the bowls, and enjoy!
